In spite of the fact that we are incredibly confident in and support our service 100%, we understand that it may not be the best solution for everyone all of the time. Within 14 days of the original subscription date, and if you are unhappy with the service or we are unable to resolve an issue that renders the product unusable, we will gladly provide a refund (less the non-refundable payment processing fee of 2.00% on average) to you.
Please note the following conditions:
- Your refund will be processed as soon as possible. Sometimes, we may ask for an opportunity to resolve the issue on your behalf.
- We are unable to offer refunds more than 14 days after your purchase.
- In exchange for your refund, you forfeit ownership of your license, and agree to cease using the product immediately.
- In certain circumstances, the company reserves the right to deny a refund request.

You do not have to pay even a single penny on the top of what your selected plan is throughout your journey with us. We might ask you to pay for your requirements that fall out of our domain like custom scripts, graphic designs and content.
You'll be subscribing to the website packages through our payment partner. We'll auto-debit from your account every month at a specific date, this way you can focus on your business without worrying about the payments and due dates.
